You Apply
Preliminary consultation
You can schedule an online consultation before submitting your application. This is an opportunity to learn more about the programme, ask questions, and receive guidance on the application process.
Required documents
Please make sure you have the necessary documents ready. You can submit your application even if some documents are still in progress — they can be provided later.
English proficiency
The programme is delivered in English. If you do not have an official certificate, your level may be assessed during the admissions process.
Stage 1. Application submission
Choose a program and complete the application form by uploading all required documents. You can find recommendations for filling out the form in the guidelines section.
After submitting your application, please regularly check the email address you provided (including the “Inbox” and “Spam” folders). We will contact you within 7 working days.
Stage 2. Online interview
After reviewing your application, you will be invited to an online interview. The interview helps us better understand your background, motivation, and professional goals, as well as assess whether the programme is the right fit for you.
During the interview, we may discuss:

your career goals and expectations from the programme.
Stage 3. Final decision
The final admission decision is made after a full evaluation of your documents, interview results, and the decision of BISEB’s admission committee. The admission committee meets several times during the admissions cycle. You will receive the final decision by email within two working days after the committee meeting.
Stage 4. Enrollment and documents
After receiving a positive admission decision, you will be guided through the next steps, including signing the study agreement and completing the enrollment process.
If applicable, our team can provide support with visa and residence procedures.
Stage 5. Arrival in Vilnius
After obtaining your visa, we recommend booking your flight or bus ticket as early as possible. Tickets to Vilnius may sell out quickly, especially at the beginning of the academic year. Plan your arrival in advance to make sure you reach BISEB before classes start.

You can begin submitting your application and required documents from this date.
Documents For Admission
Please upload a good quality color photograph taken no earlier than 6 months prior to submitting your application.
Please upload your international passport (with data in Latin characters) if your domestic and international passports are separate documents in your country.
Bachelor’s diploma (or equivalent) and transcript of records with courses and grades (if available).
A current CV outlining your education and professional experience.
If available, please provide an English language certificate (ELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge Eng, National State Examination, etc.). If not, your level may be assessed during the admissions process.
2/ Language and translation
Documents are accepted in English, Russian, Lithuanian, Belarusian, or Ukrainian.
If your documents are issued in another language, please provide the original document along with a notarized translation into English, Russian, or Lithuanian.
1/ Format and quality
Please upload clear, high-quality color copies (scans or photos) of your documents. Black-and-white copies are not accepted.
3/ Apostille
An apostille is not required for applicants from Belarus, Ukraine, and Russia.
Selection process
Admission to the MBA program is based on a holistic evaluation of each application. We consider your academic background, professional experience, motivation, and interview results to ensure the programme is the right fit for your goals.
The highest result is taken into account: either the national state examination score or the school certificate grade on a 10-point scale (with a coefficient of 0.9).
The highest score on a national state exam and/or an international exam certificate is taken into account. If you have provided a URT certificate, the grade on the certificate is factored into the competition score (with a coefficient of 0.9). For applicants from EU countries, a minimum grade of 7.0 is taken into account. If you have not studied English, please refer to the Q&A section.
The GPA of a general secondary education certificate or a diploma of secondary specialized education is taken into account. The GPA of the document must be at least 7.0 on a 10-point scale.
The score you received in the interview is taken into account. For interview details and a list of questions, see the section "Stage 2. Online Interview."
