MBA Curriculum

The MBA curriculum is delivered over two semesters and awards a total of 60 ECTS.
The curriculum integrates the core areas of modern business and management, combining general management education with digital, analytical, and innovation-focused competencies. Students study leadership, strategy, finance, marketing, project management, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and sustainable business development in an intensive one-year format.
Relevant professional experience
Applicants should have at least three years of relevant professional experience
Applicants must meet one of the following academic criteria:
— A Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, economics, or other social sciences or a related field
Applicants are expected to hold a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or other social sciences. Applicants with degrees in other fields may be admitted after completing bridging courses (typically 3 ECTS), depending on their academic background.
— A Bachelor’s degree in another field, supplemented by relevant prior coursework
— A non-university higher education qualification combined with additional studies in public administration or social sciences
Language of instruction
The program is taught in English, with academic support available in Russian and optional individual tutoring in Belarusian and Ukrainian
