Kirill Voloshin
A serial entrepreneur and business angel, he is the co-founder of TUT.BY, hoster.by, and the Angels Band community. He is the co-founder of Belarusian and Lithuanian business angel networks and has been investing in startups as an angel for over eight years. He mentors startup schools, universities, and accelerators, and was named "Mentor of the Year" in Belarus in 2019. He is an LP and board member of the TechMinsk Foundation and the Managing Director of AngelsBand.

You will analyze your own project, define its objectives and expected outcomes, identify key constraints, and outline the role of the project manager.

Strategy and goal setting in projects
You will formulate a strategic goal for the project for the next 6–12 months and align it with the company’s overall strategy or your personal goals.

You will develop a system of KPIs and OKRs for the selected case study, analyze the differences between these tools, and examine the logic behind their application.
