Bonus: Lets work on your own business case!
Bring your own business or project and see it evolve in real time. During the course, selected cases will be discussed in small groups of 5–6 participants, giving you hands-on experience in analyzing, refining, and implementing a business model. Cases will cover different industries and challenges. Spots are limited - first come, first served - so make sure to submit your case early.
Even if your project isn't selected for a group session, you can ask individual questions about your business model during sessions and get quick, practical feedback from the expert. You'll also gain valuable experience by analyzing and contributing to other participants' cases, building practical skills across multiple sectors.
